Disaster Relief
Disaster relief is an exciting area of missions for us. The Southern Baptist Convention plays a large part in disaster relief globally through the efforts of trained volunteers. Our disaster relief team at Smith Grove responds to calls from SBC Disaster Relief and is prepared to assist with local natural disasters.
How can I help?
There are a number of possible areas of service: chainsaw, mud-out, food preparation, childcare, laundry, communications and chaplaincy. If you are interested in being trained, click below to take the online DR 101 training or to learn about upcoming training sessions.
